Relaxation is an important way to refresh your mind and keep yourself away from binge.For this, you can listen music, take a warm bath or can go for a walk or drive but during drive or walk always keep in mind that you have to keep yourself away from binge. By doing so, you can feel relaxed and can turn away from the binge.
